GLUTEN FREE CRACKER RECIPE

A few days ago I was purchased some  "Gluten Free" stables at All Ways Healthy, my local Health food store. I am most grateful to the owner, Carole Childers, who is a Certified Nutritionist (C.N.) as well as a Licensed Nutritional Counselor in the state of Illinois (L.N.C.). and her staff for their "Blue/Green Brain" excellent customer service, knowledge and helpfulness.

As I was checking out, I began chatting with one of the college students who works at the store part time. Melissa told me that she has some of the same food issues I do. We commiserated a bit and then I told her I was looking for cracker recipe. She immediately volunteered to send me her recipe, which was posted on her Nourishingly Yours Blog.

"Melissa, THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!"

I  am looking forward to baking the crackers and some of her other "Yummy" recipes.

In the future, I will be writing more about how to eat gluten (and other ingredients) free and feel terrific!.
