GREEN BRAIN CHILD

Yesterday, our granddaughter, Yasmin, gave us another clue to decode her Brain Color Personality.

My husband, Jordan, had picked her up at pre-school and was looking forward to their normal routine of singing songs during the drive home.

However, Yasmin was unusually quiet, so Jordan asked, "Yasmin, do you want to sing with me?"

Her "Green Brain" response, "Papa Jordy, I want you to be quiet, please."

Yasmin, also demonstrates her "Greenness" when she is around a group of people or people who are speaking to loudly. Her usual "Green Brain" observation and comment is "Too many people!"

I also chuckled, while speaking with one of my OSHA Buffalo Area Office workshop participants, when he told me that his granddaughter, Kay Elizabeth, says,
"I can't want to!" instead of "No."

Listening and watching a child's behavior will teach you how to recognize their Brain Color characteristics and make you laugh!

Art Linkletter was correct when he said, "Kids say the darndest things!"
